Jeanette grew up going to the Cheesecake Factory with her family outside of Boston. She and her sister would always finish their meal with oreo cookie cheesecake! When Jeanette started following a mostly plant-based diet 20 plus years ago, her love affair with vegan desserts ignited. She was determined to create a vegan cheesecake. While Jeanette has still not perfected the oreo cookie cheesecake, she has honed the following flavors below!
